<text><![CDATA[ 1) La realizzazione delle opere previste in progetto deve essere conforme alle norme tecniche per le costruzioni di cui al D.M. 17/Gennaio/2018; |
|
2) La presente autorizzazione riguarda esclusivamente l’osservanza delle norme sopra richiamate e pertanto non esime il proprietario di richiedere ulteriori diverse autorizzazioni prima e/o durante il corso dei lavori in base a specifiche norme vigenti, fatti salvi i diritti di terzi e le eventuali limitazioni imposte da altri enti a tutela di interessi che non rientrano nelle competenze di questo Ufficio; |
|
3) La realizzazione delle opere previste in progetto è, altresì, subordinata alla scrupolosa osservanza di tutte le norme tecniche vigenti in materia, ivi comprese quelle sulla sicurezza dei lavoratori nei luoghi di lavoro; |
|
4) Eventuali varianti che si volessero apportare alle strutture durante il corso dei lavori devono essere presentate a questo Ufficio nei modi e nelle forme prescritte per il progetto originario; |
|
5) Se durante il corso dei lavori si rendesse necessario sostituire il progettista, il calcolista, il direttore dei lavori, il collaudatore o il costruttore, il loro nominativo e residenza devono essere comunicati tempestivamente a questo Ufficio; |
|
6) Resta inteso che l'istruttoria relativa alla seguente autorizzazione, non costituisce revisione dei calcoli strutturali e conseguentemente resta inteso che non si solleva il progettista, il calcolista, il direttore dei lavori, il collaudatore statico ed il costruttore, dalle rispettive responsabilità e obblighi derivanti dalle normative vigenti. |
|
7) A strutture ultimate il Direttore dei lavori dovrà depositare la relazione finale ai sensi dell'art. 65 comma 6 D.P.R. 380/2001 (art. 6 legge n. 1086/71); |
|
8) Il deposito del collaudo statico, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell' art 67 comma 7 - DPR 380/2001 (art. 7 legge 1086/71), dovrà essere depositato, dal collaudatore incaricato, tramite la piattaforma Sismica Sicilia; |
|
9) La Ditta è tenuta a consegnare una copia di tutti gli elaborati, ivi compresi quelli relativi ad eventuali varianti in corso d’opera, all’impresa esecutrice dei lavori, con l’obbligo per quest’ultima di tenerla in cantiere, ai sensi dell’art.66 del DPR 380/2001, come recepito dalla L.R.16/2016), per essere esibita, a richiesta degli Organi di Vigilanza di cui all’art.29 della Legge n. 64/74 (art. 103 D.P.R. 380/2001 ) ed all’art.10 della Legge 05.11.1971 n. 1086; |
|
10) La presente autorizzazione viene rilasciata per la vita nominale prevista in progetto, durante la quale dovrà essere mantenuta la destinazione d'uso di progetto e dovranno essere realizzati gli interventi di cui all’allegato piano di manutenzione. |
|
11) In caso di interventi in adiacenza, si fa obbligo di adottare tutti gli accorgimenti tecnici idonei a salvaguardare la stabilità delle costruzioni limitrofe ed a scongiurare rischi per la pubblica incolumità.]]></text> |
